Here are some of the most commonly asked questions and our best answers!

• When will my order ship!

  • Orders typically have a 1-5 business day lead time. We process orders in the order they are received so big or small, you won't be bumped out of line.
  • If your order contains a firearm, we first have to complete the required ATF paperwork and obtain a copy of your stores FFL.
  • You will receive an email from us with tracking information when your order ships!

• Do you need a copy of my stores FFL?

  • YES! The quicker we have their FFL, the quicker we can get to work. Feel free to have them send a copy of their FFL to our email, Info@ShadowTactical.com. Make sure to reference your name and order number!

• Can you provide pictures of the actual firearm?

  • Yes and No. For some things that are limited avaliability, we can try to provide actual photos. Most items that are common and typical, we don't provide actual photos because we may sale what we took photos of but still be able to provide you with the exact same model.

• Do you provide a warranty?

  • We don't provide an explicit warranty as most all manufactures provide some sort of warranty on their products.
    • Firearms: After you fill out the paperwork at a local shop (a 4473), firearm manufactures won't take warranty claims from us (Shadow Tactical). They insist that the customer contact them directly.
    • Everything Else: If you have a problem within 48 hours of delivery, let us know via phone or email. We typically can help you out and get the issues resolved with a replacement (if avaliable) or a comparable product. 
  • Between us and You: If your order gets damaged in shipping, we've got you covered. It isn't your fault that shipping companies can be stupid.
